HIGHWAY PAVERS
Our large pavers combine decades of experience with constant innovation. During the development we have focused on the paving process and paving quality as well as always customer satisfaction and success. The Dynapac SD range known as reliable machines features: gas or electric heating, standard or high capacity work, 4 different power classes offering a sustainable drive concept, with Eco mode or an optional high performance system called VarioSpeed. Our F range, is designed with conventional electric control with high paving capacity and high quality Dynapac vario screed. The pavers feature an efficient drive concept, best in class operator comfort as well as ease of service – a perfect recipe for excellent paving results! All pavers come with the same service concept to ensure maximum uptime.
SMOOTH WORK FLOW
MATERIAL FLOW
Dynapac has optimized the Hopper for outstanding material transfer. It has a very low dumping height for fast and easy material transfer from lorries. Separately controlled hopper wing with generous solid rubber flaps ensure quick and easy handling of material. Chamfered hopper corners prevent cold material being left in the hopper.
SMART MATERIAL CONTROL
The conveyor tunnel has been redesigned for an optimal flow and minimal segregation. A twin conveyor system offers smooth transfer. Double scraper system with reversible control can provide smooth material conveying.
POWERFUL AUGER SYSTEM
The Dynapac auger drive system is an improved centrally driven system with a slim gearbox and small outer bearing that allow homogeneity of mixture, and not to create any segregation of the material. The left and right auger drives have independent and reversible controls. Hydraulic auger adjustment is available.
POWERFUL DRIVE
ALPHA-TRACK
Our Alpha-Track system for our tracked pavers is longer and wider. It has 320mm wide rubber pads which give an optimal dumping height. The high number of rollers inside the tracks improve maneuverability in curves. The tracks with independent planetary gear drive enable 360° turns. The tracks are specially designed for paving applications and have a higher rubber thickness for longer life and lower costs.
POWERFUL HYDRAULICS
The tracks are driven by powerful hydraulic motor with planetary gears for high torque to meet all traction demands. The track motors also have an automatic flow control system to maintain straight drive.
ERGONOMIC WORK PLACE
In addition to effective compaction the Dynapac screed offers great accessibility. The low height gives your superior view into the auger compartment and constant control over material flow. This low-profile screed provides a central, safe and ergonomic workplace.
ECCENTRIC FLEXILEVER
Dynapac’s unique Flexi Lever quickly and conveniently changes the angle of attack. This offers a visual control of screed settings to adopt various layer thicknesses during the paving process. Lever adjustment is made with a simple.
ERGONOMIC SIDE SHIELD CONTROL
The height and the angle of the side shield are adjustable with only one crank. The crank is placed on top of the side shield below the remote control, creating a comfortable, central work place for the screed operator.
INTELLIGENT DASHBOARD
Our new drive concept gives you the choice of ECO-Mode drive. The control system provides the operator ergonomically optimized everything has its place. The dashboard is optimally arranged according to function groups and operational frequency.
ECOMODE SETTINGS
According to different field requirements, you could adjust the engine speed to a suitable mode. This mode could provide lower fuel consumption, lower noise and longer engine life.

ELECTRIC OR GAS – YOUR CHOICE
Our optimized electrical heating system features high quality insulation and a stronger generator that significantly reduces heat-up times. The generator is driven by a flexible shaft from the gear box that offers great reliability and reduce maintenance.
We are able to achieve even heat distribution thanks to our well-designed heating coils for bottom plates and tampers.
Those options for our gas heating system gets remarkably shorter heat-up time and amazing pavement quality from the first stretch of track! Dynapac supports sustainable gas heating systems to reduce energy consumption as well as CO2 emissions.
ELETRICAL HEATING
Heat conveniently, even faster that gas heating, heat distributed equally bottom plate and tamper also equipped heating bar. Suitable for high altitude area and low temperature area as well area and low temperature as well as low maintenance cost.
DYNAPAC HYDRAULIC END EXTENSION
F2550CS can be equipped Hydraulic end extension (HEE) which can adjust width within 11.25m. It also can be equipped tamper and vibrator which their motors connect the motor of main vibration screed in series as well as keep mechanical synchrony.
ERGONOMIC WORKPLACE
The operator’s comfort is our priority. We focus on providing an ergonomic high end work place. The platform offers generous head room and a flat floor with a large storage space. The F-paver features a new platform that is higher and improves the all around view from the operators seat. It has 2 adjustable comfort seats and a slidable operation console. The new roof features four integrated working lights to the front and to the rear.
EFFICIENT & RELIABLE POWER
Dynapac F-pavers are powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 water cooled diesel engine, that drives and efficient hydraulic system with power transfer through a split gear box. The efficient engine with new cylinder block offers high torque as well as improved fuel efficiency. The increased fuel tank capacity and low fuel efficiency. An improved, larger thermostatically controlled cooler eliminates the risk of the hydraulic system overheating even on extremely hot days!
ADJUSTABLE RPM

We have cleared the way to provide you with an easy overview of maintenance. Hydraulic pumps, fuel caps, chain clamping device – each component is directly accessible and easy to find. A simple visual inspection of filters and engine parts allow you to quickly get started. It is a convenient combination you’ll profit from every day.
RAPID ACCESS THROGHOUT
The goal is to save you time and money through easy access. Therefore, we’ve made the service points central and reachable. The fuse box is easy to access from the platform allowing easy replacement. The sheer number of plug-and-play components also speeds up the maintenance process.
