MAXIMUM UPTIME AND PRODUCTIVITY

The 100-metric ton DX1000LC-7 crawler excavator — featuring a mass excavation configuration — delivers tremendous digging and lifting capabilities and the rugged durability to withstand difficult conditions in quarries and mines as well as on large infrastructure projects.

The heavy-duty front design with additional reinforcements on key stress points results in superior digging power. The unique crossed-swing bearing design offers better stress distribution and increased lifetime performance. Ultra-hard, wear-resistant plates bolt on at the end of the machine to maximize durability and maintain high breakout forces. The innovative D-channel upper structure frame design and optional side impact protector add strength to withstand more side impact, protecting the machine’s vital components.

POWERFUL AND SMART

The DX1000LC-7 delivers brute strength and also boasts a number of smart technologies. Fuel-saving technologies include auto idle and auto shutdown to conserve fuel when the machine isn’t working. DEVELON-exclusive Smart Power Control (SPC) is controlled through the ECU to improve efficiency without sacrificing performance. D-ECOPower system — another DEVELON exclusive — optimizes hydraulic power and engine power in any digging condition to maximize fuel efficiency and substantially improve productivity. DEVELON Fleet Management is standard for remotely monitoring your machine’s health, location and overall productivity.

BIG ON OPERATOR COMFORT AND CONTROL

Operator comfort and confidence is critical when operating large, powerful equipment. The DX1000LC-7 delivers with a long list of best-in-class comfort features, including a spacious cab, an automotive-style heating and air conditioning system, large foot pedals, a heated/cooled seat option and an easy-to-read, multilingual DEVELON Smart Touch screen.

The ergonomically designed joystick offers low-effort control, and the unique keypad includes a jog shuttle switch for precise control of machine functions. A rearview camera and optional 360-degree all-around view monitoring (AVM) camera system provide an enhanced view of large operations and jobsites.

JOBSITE VERSATILITY AND PRECISION

When priorities shift on the job, the DX1000LC-7 responds. Four power modes offer better control of the excavator’s performance based on working conditions. Upgrade productivity by selecting either boom priority or swing priority mode. The swing priority mode is for bank cutting and when the swing angle is large to increase the swing speed. The boom up function is prioritized when the swing priority is turned off. The removable counterweight and retractable undercarriage frame makes the DX1000LC-7 easier to transport. The counterweight can be hydraulically lowered to the ground or to the transporting trailer for transport to the jobsite.
