TAKEUCHI TB20E–ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC COMPACT EXCAVATOR
Takeuchi is pleased to introduce our latest innovative product, the TB20e Lithium-Ion battery powered compact excavator. The TB20e features zero emission, low noise operation making it ideal for applications such as neighborhoods, municipalities, schools, and hospitals. It features an onboard charger that can not only charge the machine at the end of the workday, but it can also be used to extend your uptime by allowing the TB20e to operate while tethered. An offboard charger is available and it can charge the TB20e in a relatively short amount of time. The TB20e is a rugged excavator that features the same all steel construction, and heavy-duty design as all other Takeuchi excavators. It is equipped with a long arm and thumb bracket as well as a retractable undercarriage which allows it to work in areas with very limited access.
For customers wanting to reduce their carbon footprint while still being able to get jobs done on time and with minimal downtime, the Takeuchi TB20e provides an abundance of productivity and a reduction of overall operating costs that are associated with traditional construction equipment.

FUNCTION AND EFFICIENCY
• All operational controls such as key switch, speed control, joysticks, blade, and travel levers are the same as the diesel powered TB216.
• A standard long arm provides the operator with a wider working range and dig depth while the thumb mount enables a thumb to be installed easily enhancing the machines capability.
• Load sensing, two speed travel will shift from low torque/high speed mode to high torque/low speed automatically when turning, pushing, or traveling up an incline.
COMPACT DESIGN
• A retractable undercarriage and blade allow the operator to work in applications with limited access.
• Easily move the TB20e from one jobsite to another.
OPERATOR FOCUSED
• All operational controls such as key switch, speed control, joysticks, blade, and travel levers are the same as the diesel powered TB216.

• EH joystick controls are low effort and precise.
• The ISO/SAE pattern change is accessed via the monitor panel enabling the operator to set the TB20e quickly and easily to their preferred operating pattern.
• The suspension seat and adjustable armrests ensure operator comfort throughout the workday.
• A spacious, open floor area provides more foot space and makes it easier to enter and exit the machine.

• Top mounted boom cylinder and hydraulic lines that are routed through the boom and arm delivers exceptional protection from jobsite hazards.
