TB2150 − HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR

The TB2150 is the largest and most powerful excavator in the US Takeuchi line. Unique in its class are the standard pivot boom and dozer blade increasing versatility. The cab is completely redesigned and features a heated, air ride suspension seat, automatic climate control, and a color monitor panel to monitor machine performance and view the rearview camera. Multiple auxiliary circuits are standard equipment and make the TB2150 an impressive attachment platform.

The TB2150 is the largest, most capable excavator in the Takeuchi line-up. It is completely redesigned and delivers improved functionality, performance, comfort, and serviceability.

A new EPA Final Tier 4 emission compliant Deutz TCD 3.6 liter, turbocharged engine produces 114 horsepower and 339 ft-lb of torque. This engine utilizes a DOC+SCR diesel exhaust after-treatment system and has no DPF for less maintenance.

The operator’s station features an automotive styled interior that is refined and operator friendly. The spacious cabin features a deluxe high back air suspension seat with heat, and a new 7” color multi-information display that keeps the operator informed of machine health and performance. For greater peace of mind, the TB2150 includes boom and arm holding valves, an overload alarm, and rearview camera which will help the operator see objects behind the machine via the new color monitor.

Additionally, telematics are now standard equipment using the Takeuchi Fleet Management System or TFM. This system is standard equipment for two years and it will provide real time machine information and enable the dealer and owner to be proactive with a scheduled maintenance program.

•Electronic dial type throttle control allows the operator to quickly adjust engine speed, and the automatic engine idle feature will reduce engine speed to low idle automatically should the machine idle more than several seconds.

FUNCTION AND EFFICIENCY

•The DEUTZ TCD 3.6 liter, turbocharged engine features a DOC + SCR diesel exhaust aftertreatment system that has no DPF to maintain.

•The variable displacement axial piston pump delivers smooth, harmonized control of the work equipment with no reduction in speed.

•The standard long arm with integrated thumb mount provides you with a wider working range, dig depth, and simplifies thumb installation.

•Having three auxiliary circuits allows you to run a wide range of hydraulically driven attachments and have a dedicated hydraulic coupler circuit.

•High flow capabilities of the primary auxiliary circuit will allow you to operate a broader range of hydraulically driven attachments, such as mowers, mulchers, and plate compactors.

•Load sensing, two speed travel down shifts from low torque/high speed mode to high torque/low speed travel automatically when turning, pushing dirt, or traveling up an incline.

•Large slew bearing provides greater longevity and stability over the life of the machine.

•Cushioned cylinders improve longevity by reducing shock and they reduce felt recoil to the operator for greater comfort.

•Available case drain line kit is recommended for use with an excavator mulcher.

PEACE OF MIND

•The safe start system requires the safety lockout lever be in the raised position in order to start the excavator ensuring hydraulic functions are inactive at start-up.

•Using the rearview camera, you are able to see hazards around the rear of the machine via the multifunction monitor.

•The boom and arm holding valves and overload alarm are designed to keep the boom and arm from dropping if there is a sudden loss in pressure, and the overload alarm will sound (when ON) if you exceed hydraulic capacity.

•Available drop-in 1/2″ poly carbonate glass or heavy duty 1/2″ poly carbonate window guard with steel frame, and steel front guard group provide the added protection you need when using hydraulically driven attachments.
