Built to tackle the most demanding tasks, the DX210W-7 delivers more horsepower, digging force, and dig depth. With a versatile combination of powerful digging performance and jobsite mobility, it’s ideal for work on roadways, on bridges and in urban areas.

The DX210W-7 offers a modular design that allows you to easily configure the excavator with either 4 independent outriggers, or 2 independent rear outriggers and a front dozer blade. Leveling, backfilling material with the dozer blade or stabilizing the machine during digging applications is easier.

BALANCE OF POWER AND FUEL EFFICIENCY

The Mechatronics Design delivers optimum power and fuel efficiency. The design optimizes combustion and torque for faster cycles and maximum results. Four work modes, auto idle, auto shutoff and machine diagnostics help you manage your fuel costs.

Smart Power Control (SPC) improves machine efficiency while maintaining productivity through variable speed control and pump torque control. Each of the four power modes will function with SPC engaged or disengaged; however, SPC is only active in the digging work mode.

IMPROVED VISIBILITY AND COMFORT

The DX210W-7 offers best-in-class comfort features, including less noise and vibration, more floor space, an automotive-style heating and air conditioning system and an optional heated/cooled seat.

Operators have excellent visibility through the front, side, rear and overhead windows. A rearview camera is standard, and an optional 360-degree all-around view monitoring (AVM) camera system is available. Seven high-illumination LED lights are standard.

The multilingual DEVELON Smart Touch display is also standard, providing all important settings and information. Ergonomically designed joystick and fingertip controls offer easy operation.

INNOVATIVE FEATURES FOR ADDED EFFICIENCY

The fine swing function reduces the shock that occurs from swing stops and starts. The optional Load Isolation System helps reduce bouncing of the machine and attachments by automatically engaging at 3.1 mph (5 Km/h). The standard Auto Hold brake system automatically engages when the machine stops to improve comfort. Four selectable power modes provide control over the excavator’s performance based on working conditions.

An optional intelligent floating boom setting allows the boom to move freely with the contours of the ground. A tilt-rotator working mode, a new priority valve for mulcher and grass cutter attachments, and a trailer ready feature that allows you to pull a 5- to 10-ton trailer improve versatility. DEVELON Fleet Management system is standard on -7 Series wheel excavators.
