Powered by a Tier 3 emissions compliant Caterpillar engine. Mounting options are tandem axle or steerable wagon wheel. Enclosure is made of durable powder coated Galvanneal sheet metal. Other features include leaf spring suspension, wheel bearing grease fittings, and a lockable curbside instrument panel.
